The band that put the "Monkey" into "Monkey Man" was working their craft at Crouse Studios in Hartland Friday night. While guitarist Tom wasn't able to attend and Roger wouldn't comment on record on the absence of drummer Jim M. (good run Jimmy), he and Keith were doing their best Lennon and McCartney impressions to the song catalog for their upcoming studio recordings. I do recall hearing a few songs that actually had ends to them.
