My least favorite work discussion topic is weather (followed by traffic) but Holy Kalkaska is it a hot one out there! After the pedal tonight at Brighton Recreation Area, it was necessary to utilize Bishop Lake for some dirt release. I know beggars can't be choosers but the water was like a warm bath. A warm bath is nice in January, but not in July. I needed a Lake Superior-type of cold. It was not to be. No complaints though as I enjoyed the pedal and didn't have to talk about weather or traffic.
